The event has been accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Continuing Education for Health Professionals (EBAC). Each participant should claim only those hours of credit that have actually been spent in the educational activity. EBAC works according to the quality standards of the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME), which is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).
Through an agreement between the European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EBAC External CME credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EBAC credit to AMA credit can be found on the AMA website https://www.ama-assn.org/.
The EBAC Board designates this live activity for a maximum of 15 CME credits.
Physicians can claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Please remember that due to rules and regulations, we can provide your CME credits and certificate only if you have filled in the evaluation form by July 16, 2024.
Please note: CME credits are only available for in-person attendance.
As the certificate of attendance will be sent by email, please ensure that your contact details are up to date when you pick up your badge from the welcome team at the registration counter.
The certificate of attendance will be sent by email by July 31, 2024.
